lol. saw this post on weiliang's blog...Music Vs Music
I shall delay my "Sandra's wedding" post with this incident I encounter today.
As usual,I took a bus from the interchange back to my house.Inside the bus,there was a Malay student who was sitting opposite of me.He was blasting his music from his handphone,but not to the extent of being irritated,as the bus engine is louder than his music.Having no issues with the music,I went to sleep.
I was actually awaken by my drooling again(It almost dripped.Heng ah!).This time,tere was another Chinese guy blasting his own music.This time I couldn't get myself to sleep as the music is slightly loudly than the Malay guy.
The music simply gets louder and louder,as they compete with one another with "who got the loudest music" contest.The competition came to an end when the Chinese guy used his max volume to challenge the malay guy,which eventually attracted the crowd to look at him.After that,he switched off his music and let his opponent blast his music.
When the Malay guy(together with his friend)got off the bus,I overheard(eavesdropping)the conversation of the Chinese guy and his friend:
他以为他赢了。我只是让他而已。
Well,I have nothing to say.Glad that they didn't stir up any drama during the music challenge,if not I will be getting home late.

hm... had BB CIP stuff on sat. it was quite fun. hhaha... hitched a ride with martin to church after that... since i was like too early, i hung around at his place, and took my lunch. then i went over to church, because his house is like opposite? haha.

Beijing's imposed a huge number of restrictions in the run-up to the games - traffic, security, entertainment, residency.
So, I've asked a few people in Beijing how they think the restrictions are affecting them so far...
* Barbecue chicken wings restaurant temporarily closed - restaurant says this is because it's been told its barbecue counts as a pollutant
* Can't drive family to visit zoo because of traffic restrictions
* Favourite pizza place temporarily closed down because it's too close to an Olympic venue
* Can't order vodka lime at bar because the restaurant can't import the lime during the Olympics
* Fencing club has closed, because of restrictions on large gatherings
* Harder to get pirated software from the side of the road, because suppliers can't get the software into Beijing
* Can't order salad in Thai restaurant - waitress says it's because of the Olympics
* Tried to move furniture from home on coast into Beijing - told you can't hire moving vans till after the Olympics
* Need special pass to enter apartment building because it's near an Olympic venue
* Can't post DVDs - courier says you're not allowed to send or receive DVDs during Olympics
If you're in Beijing, please let me know how the restrictions affect you...

im really tired... i had a really long day today. i went to visit my grandma at st luke's than took a bus home. had a really bad day today. didnt feel really well... well, im gonna start posting some shoutouts. since i have nothing else to blog about. yeah...shoutout #1: aaron chew and jarrett
thanks for always keeping me amused when i'm bored during lessons! it would not be the same without you guys around... i didnt expect to be friends with you guys at the start of the year... but somehow, we sorta got along... its been really fun, and i really hope that you guys will start studying and stop playing WoW yeah?

what can i say? you have always been there for me everytime i had my doubts, and you have been someone that i look up to. i know that you are someone that i can really trust, and rely on. it has been really great to know you. i especially remember when we first met, which was during the christmas play in 2005. you were a really great help to me then! thanks a million!

hm... didnt manage to visit my grandma today... but i hope she's better now...
my dad went to belgium yesterday... left at 10 plus... yeah... apparently he's transiting in frankfurt... lol.

had a damn slack day today... and mr lim sin heng came into our class today! it was because we were very badly behaved during literature lesson... haha.we wasted the first two periods of the day cos the whole school got lectured by mr owyong. yeah. anyway, after that, i went to long john silvers to eat with ming rui on the way home... and we missed our stop! haha. oh well, haha. he talked too much.

lol... this is my first post in a long while... i just changed my blog skin... haha...im actually supposed to be doing my e learning, but i cant be bothered. YAY! lol.
mm... my grandma is better now... i went to visit her yesterday... oh well...
anyway, ive been watching air crash investigations on my comp these few days, cos i dun want to do my e-learning. i also watched this episode of "dogfights" where a american SBD dive bomber was attacked by 3 japanese zero fighters. amazingly, the SBD was able to shoot all three zeroes down. i say AMAZINGLY, because the SBD is a bomber, and not a fighter.
